For Malaysian orders, the delivery time would take approximately 3-4 working days. An additional 1-2 working days is required for deliveries to East Malaysia or rural addresses.
For Southeast Asian orders, the delivery time would take approximately 3-5 working days.
For other International orders, the shipping time would take approximately 8-10 working days and may go up to 20 business days. When international orders shipped reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays.
All orders received after 3pm shall be processed on the next business day.
For orders within Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak included), we engage the services from Airpak/ Nationwide Express, NinjaVan and Gdex.
For international orders, either SF Express, NinjaVan or DHL Express will be engaged.
